How It Works

Platform integrations use two main concepts:

  1. Connections - Store credentials for external platforms (found in your organization's Connections page)
  2. Integrations (Triggers) - Define how incoming events are processed (found in your organization's Integrations page)

Typical Setup Flow

  1. Create a Connection - Navigate to your organization's Connections page and create a new connection for your platform
  2. Configure Credentials - Either use Raikoo's default bot or provide your own credentials
  3. Create a Trigger - Set up an integration that defines what happens when messages arrive
  4. Connect Your Channel - Use the binding code to connect your messaging channel to the trigger
  5. Start Messaging - Users can now interact with your AI agents or workflows directly from their preferred platform

Use Cases

Helpdesk Bot

Build a Teams or Slack bot that answers employee questions using your organization's knowledge base:

  • User asks a question in Teams/Slack
  • Raikoo's AI agent processes the question
  • Response is sent back as a rich formatted message

SMS Notification System

Create an automated SMS system for customer communications:

  • Customer texts your Twilio number
  • Workflow processes the message and determines the appropriate response
  • Response is sent back as SMS

Email-Triggered Automation

Automate processes based on incoming emails:

  • Email arrives in a monitored inbox
  • Workflow extracts key information (sender, subject, body)
  • Automated actions are taken (ticket creation, notifications, data entry)

Meeting Reminder Automation

Send preparation materials before meetings:

  • Calendar monitors for upcoming meetings
  • Trigger fires when a meeting is approaching
  • Workflow gathers relevant information and sends a summary
