How It Works
Platform integrations use two main concepts:
- Connections - Store credentials for external platforms (found in your organization's Connections page)
- Integrations (Triggers) - Define how incoming events are processed (found in your organization's Integrations page)
Typical Setup Flow
- Create a Connection - Navigate to your organization's Connections page and create a new connection for your platform
- Configure Credentials - Either use Raikoo's default bot or provide your own credentials
- Create a Trigger - Set up an integration that defines what happens when messages arrive
- Connect Your Channel - Use the binding code to connect your messaging channel to the trigger
- Start Messaging - Users can now interact with your AI agents or workflows directly from their preferred platform

Helpdesk Bot
Build a Teams or Slack bot that answers employee questions using your organization's knowledge base:
- User asks a question in Teams/Slack
- Raikoo's AI agent processes the question
